What we collect
The only place this site collects anything is the free website check form. It collects:
- your name
- your phone number
- your website address, or the word “none”
- which printed piece or link brought you here (for example a card, sign or banner), if you arrived through one
- the date and time you sent the form
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you about your website check. We do not sell it, rent it or use it for anything else.
Who handles it
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which also stores the form submissions in its database. We use an email service to send ourselves a notice when a form arrives. These providers process the data only to run the service for us.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and has no advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.
How long we keep it
We delete form submissions after 24 months, unless you became a client. Client records are kept as long as the work and the law require.

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, call 959-288-9605 or email bode@harborstack.co. We will act on it within 30 days.
